Franklin A. Adolo

Franklin Adolo has been at the helm of AJCalebs operations in Middle East and Africa since August since 2013. Before joining AJCalebs, he worked for several years in the Corporate Banking Division of Bank of Scotland in the UK and was an Investments Banking Inter-Mediation Consultant liaising with Major American and European Investment Banks in Sub-Saharan Africa, The Middle East, India, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka and China.

Mr. Adolo has served as Chief Financial Officer for ECL limited, Middle East, Chief Financial Officer for Zhope UK limited, Chief Operating Officer for Hiladol limited and currently the EMEA Deputy Managing Director for AJCalebs Investments limited.

Until his appointment, he was involved in Middle Market Consultancy for some World top brand names. His consultancy career covers Corporate Finance, Bank Valuation, Business Development, Marketing, Business Advisory, Public Transport Funding, M&A structuring and Advisory, Financial Markets, Leasing, Hire Purchase, International Trade, Brokerage, Investment Inter-Mediation, Financial Modelling, Strategy Development and Investment Banking.

He has held board and management positions in Zhope limited, ECL limited, Hildol limited before joining AJCalebs Investments UK limited as Chief Strategy Officer Middle East and Africa. He attended several overseas training programmes within and outside the country including PRMIA Risk Management Training, Washington DC USA, M&A Training, Chicago, USA, Bank Valuation New York, USA, International Economics Training, University of Maastricht, The Netherlands, Advanced LBO Modelling, London, UK. Mr. Adolo holds a Master of Business Administration from the Prestigious Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine, London, UK and a Master of Science Degree Computer Science, University of Bradford, a post-graduate Certificate, Economics and Finance, University of London, bachelor of Science degree in 1990. A member of the Professional Risk Manager International Association (PRIMA). Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Member Institute of Development Economics, Member Institute of Directors (IoD). Mr. Adolo is upwardly mobile and exudes self-belief and commitment to distinctive-focus. He is an entrepreneur with a strong focus on capacity development of African Economies.

Luigi Scotti

Luigi Scotti has a law degree in international law, and after earning three master: in sales techniques and management of commercial networks, human resources and marketing and sales.
He never practiced as a lawyer but he preferred to devote himself to business careers.

His career began as a salesman for DHL International and has evolved into more sectors to become the Division Director and Commercial Director world of the steel company.
After years as an employee of prestigious Italian groups like Director Export and having made significant achievements in the context of internationalization, Luigi decided to pursue a career as a strategy consultant directional, helps companies to integrate into international markets, develop business, create and manage
ditributori in various foreign countries

Consultant with extensive experience in sales at various levels and multisectoral. Proficient in business development in particular in the EMEA area. African and Middle Eastern markets thanks to the great approach with the Arab world, I consolidated my experience is to manage direct sales to customers and for the optimization of the resources present.
Solid experience in the Sales Direction for Italy and Export Sales Management.
Specializations: Relations with local government in Africa and the Middle East, mergers and joint  ventures. Specialist in start up new markets and acquiring new customers in research,
development and management of local sales.
He said “Valuing the man is a principle of balance in my life”. His role at the moment is Export Manager worldwide of Naicon Group, a company specializing in the production of single-phase
and three-phase UPS, as well as generators, power stabilizers.
Luigi, is expanding the Group’s international presence by acquiring distributors and agents
worldwide but with greater attention to the African and Middle Eastern markets.

Robert Kiage

Robert Kiage has worked as an associate for Strategic Connections since 2014. He brings experience in development and support for the implementation of financial and administrative systems, conducting developmental external evaluations, facilitating capacity organisational assessments, design, business development on entrepreneurship and operationalisation of organisational strengthening programs. For six years, Robert worked as the Head of Finance and Administration at Local Expertise Centre Kenya – a network secretariat for Edukans Foundation partner organisations in Kenya where he was responsible for managing all aspects of LEC’s financial reporting, operational systems, processes and policies.

This was in addition to working closely with the program staff, consultants and development partners in providing technical support to partners (capacity building support), coordination of the country program, contracting and monitoring and evaluation.

He has also seven years of lecturing experience at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and Riara Universities’ in Kenya. Robert holds degrees from United States International University – Africa (MBA – Finance) and Kenyatta University (BA- Business Management) and is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK) and a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

Poomipat Sirisakkosol

Poomipat Sirisakkosol, graduated with a B.SC in Electrical Engineering degree in 1994 from California State University at Long Beach. After he came back from the United States, he began to work with Thai Cranes International Company in the position of project manager to erect the shovel from Australia at Coal Mining Power Plant in the Northern of Thailand. Then from 1995 to 1998, he had moved himself into the business of overhead cranes and got the job from MHE Demag (Thailand), from this period he gained so many experiences on the mechanical and electrical control system. In the year of 1999-2009, he was applying at Siemens Limited and getting a contract for the position of Automatic Fare Collection Project Manager, he managed the revenue of fare collection system. Then from 2009 onward, after spent times working in engineering for a while, then he realized himself that all his passed works was not his characteristic, then he moved into agriculture section area where made him become the agriculture marketing strategy consultant for Siam Advance. His assignment was to look after all Africa Regions. He has laid the marketing strategy business plan with customers, created business model and performed financial model analysis. Having the existing products available already, he also sources out the design technology to meet the output based on customer requests
